This is an Imperial German (Wurttemberg) WW1 Model 1 Artillery Sword. It features a 30" blade and total length of 35.75" with ribbed celluloid grip, the ricasso is marked "ALEX COPPEL SOLIGEN" and the spine is dated "14" with Imperial proof marks. Overall condition of this sword is good, the blade has some light tarnishing and spots of corrosion but the edge is probably original. The guard has a fair bit of patina and rust but the celluloid grip is in very nice shape. There is no scabbard included with this sword. Buy online today!
